Competition terms

All prize draws are open to anyone aged 18 or over. Entrants must go to Jules B's Instagram or Facebook page and follow the specific terms of entry on each post. All prize draws are free to enter and the winner will be drawn randomly. Our prize draws may be promoted over several different websites. The winner will be contacted via direct message through their social media account within 28 days of entry. Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of contact by staff at Jules B Ltd. Any unclaimed prizes will be void and a runner up will be selected. Strictly one entry per person and duplicate entries will be cancelled. Prizes are subject to availability. Jules B reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or offer a reasonable equivalent to the prize described. The gifted item may also not be swapped for any other prize or Jules B credit for the prize value.

General Terms and conditions of sale

These website terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and the Website Owner in relation to your use of the website. Neither you nor the Website Owner shall be bound by any express tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated, these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and the Website Owner in respect of your use of the website.

The Website Owner may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. Placing your order and creating a Jules B account

To place an order using the Jules B site, you will be obligated to create an account. This will require personal information to be provided. All compulsory personal information required is completely necessary for processing your order.

When creating your account, you will be asked to create a password. This password allows you access to your account and is set up as your account security. It is your responsibility to ensure this password is secure and kept confidential. The website owner has no record or access to your password and cannot be held accountable for failure to provide a secure password and keep this confidential.

If you suspect or become aware that your account password has been compromised, you can change this in the account or contact us directly to suspend the use of the account.

Confirmation of your order

You will receive confirmation of your order once the order has been completed and confirmed. Please note this is not full acceptance, however, just acknowledgement of your order and your order is subject to cancellation should we find the order and information provided to be unlawful, fraudulent, untrue, incorrect or inaccurate.

Your order may also be cancelled due to stock discrepancies at the point of purchase. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will contact you to inform you of this by email within 7 working days.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment as well as Jules B online credit. If your credit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. Your name and address details must match the card-holder address details held by your card issuer. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card provider.

All credit or debit card payments will be handled by our Payment provider KLARNA BANK AB.

All pay later or pay in instalment offers on the website checkout are powered by KLARNA BANK AB.

UK and international delivery

All delivery time scales and estimated dates provided are an estimate and not a guarantee. 97% of orders will be delivered in the estimated time frame, however, this is never a guarantee.

We aim to keep you informed of any delays where possible and the courier tracking provided will also inform you of any delays.

In the event that your parcel is lost, damaged or unsuccessfully delivered, please contact our customer service team who will reiterate the courier policies to you and assist you in resolving the matter.

At the point of choosing your delivery service and courier, you also enter an agreement with the courier directly. Please refer to the courier’s full terms and conditions for more information.

Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept deliveries will result in the return fee being deducted from your refund.

Our free UK delivery service is only valid for orders based in the UK Mainland and excludes Northern Ireland & Northern Scotland. Please note, this free delivery option is subject to change and does not affect your statutory rights. This is only available on the next working day delivery unless otherwise stated.

In all cases of free shipping promotions, the shipping charge only will be deducted. No taxes, duties or customs charges will be removed.

Duties and Taxes

In order to assist customers items are shipped on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis and all relevant import taxes and duties will be shown at checkout where the order value is over the relevant country duty threshold.

Return Policy

Our return policy is fully compliant with your consumer rights, it is important to review this in full prior to placing your order. This page will include how to return, reasons why your return may be rejected, non-returnable items and what to do in the event that a defective item is received.

The return policy is non-negotiable following the point of agreement.

Sale Price Promise

Jules B offers a Sale Price Promise on items purchased up to 3 working days prior to the start of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available online at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the RRP price can be approved. Only the difference in price will be credited excluding any shipping costs. All approved Sale Price Promises will be credited in the form of an online credit which will be valid for 6 months. Refunds to credit or debit cards are not available.

This offer excludes price adjustments on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price

Pricing, product descriptions and service descriptions

If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Packaging may vary from that on the website and all weights and dimensions of products are not a guarantee and approximate only. Whilst we try to ensure that every image of the product and colour is accurately displayed, this will depend on your viewing device and settings, which may alter the colour of the product. In the event of the image of a product being incorrect or inaccurate, we will contact you prior to dispatch or you can contact us directly on receipt to discuss further, the product received and how to proceed.

Promotions & Discounts

Discounts are issued in the form of either '£ savings' or a 'percentage off' and are offered to customers via promotional emails, advertisements, on-site banners or third-party communications.

There is no cash alternative and all terms and conditions are non-negotiable.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts are only applicable specific items. Sale and clearance items are not included unless stated otherwise.

Jules B reserves the right to cancel or change any promotion or discount without notice, at any time.

Free Shipping offers only apply to orders which are over the advised threshold for your delivery location. This information can be found in the full shipping policy.   

In all cases of free shipping promotions, the shipping charge only will be deducted. No taxes, duties or customs charges will be removed.

Some brands and designers are excluded from promotions/discounts: Unless explicitly stated.

Online Credit

All Jules B Online Credit is valid for 6 months from the date issued.  The credit will automatically expire at the end of that period and the balance on the credit will be forfeited. When you use the Jules B online credit, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the transaction and any variance covering the full amount to be paid by a standard payment method. Remaining credit will remain on your account if more than the transaction value. Any Jules B credit cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. All refunds of goods and services purchased with the credit will be made in accordance with the Jules B Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

General Data Protection Regulations – Consent for Job Applicants

In May 2018 the law changes about how companies record, store and use individuals’ personal data. Currently the Data Protection act cover how this is managed, but this new GDPR law means we have to change some of our working practices.

As a company we need to collect and hold data about you to enable us to process your job application. The GDPR laws places a further (and new) obligation for employers to tell their job applicants in more detail why we collect your data, what we do with it, and how long we expect to retain it.

We wish to obtain your informed consent about the data that we may hold about you as it provides you with a better understanding of how we will use your data.

We are not planning to transfer your data outside the EEA.
