- Chest circumference: Lay the garment flat and measure the width of the shirt from one underarm seam to the other, then double that measurement.
- Back length: With the garment flat, measure from the base of the neck seam down the center back to the hem.
- Sleeve length: Lay the garment flat and measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
- Bicep: Lay the garment flat and measure the width of the sleeve from the underarm seam, then double that measurement.
