Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal and comfortably relaxed.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, without pulling the tape too tightly.
Collar: Measure around the base of your neck, where your shirt collar would naturally sit. Allow enough room for one finger between your neck and the tape.
Fit Advice:
Use your chest measurement as the main reference when selecting casual shirts. For formal shirts, collar measurements can also help determine the correct size.
If you fall between sizes, consider choosing the larger size for additional comfort.
