Chelsea Peers is a London brand that makes printed pyjamas, dressing gowns, nightshirts and swimwear. Tom and Lara Pyne founded it in 2012, and it’s still family-run today, designing from a studio in West London. If you’ve seen pyjamas covered in leopards, palm trees or playing cards and wondered who made them, it was probably Chelsea Peers.
What makes Chelsea Peers different?
The prints, first of all. Every design starts as a hand drawing, which gives the pieces a playful, illustrated look that you won’t find on standard sleepwear.
They’re also made to last, not just to look good in a gift box:
Considered fabrics: organic cotton, TENCEL™ Modal and satin, chosen for comfort.
Proper cuts: relaxed but tailored, with details such as piping and button-through tops.
A certified B Corp: independently assessed in November 2024 for its social and environmental standards.
What can you buy from Chelsea Peers at Jules B?
Pyjamas make up most of the range. Here’s the full picture:
Long pyjamas: full-length sets for cooler nights. Prints range from leopard and safari to stripes, hearts and stars, plus seasonal designs.
Short pyjamas: shorts-and-shirt sets for warm sleepers and summer. Many come in the same prints as the long sets.
Dressing gowns: satin and kimono-style gowns, several in prints that match the pyjamas.
Nightshirts: a one-piece alternative to a set.
Swimwear: printed and embroidered swimsuits, including halterneck styles.
Pyjamas and nightwear come in sizes S to XL, and swimwear in UK 8 to 16.
Which fabric is right for you?
TENCEL™ Modal: the softest option, smooth and drapey. Good if you sleep warm.
Organic cotton: crisp, breathable and classic. It gets softer with every wash.
Satin: smooth with a slight sheen. Used for gowns and dressier pyjama sets.
Each product page lists the exact fabric, so it’s easy to compare.
Long or short pyjamas?
Long sets suit autumn and winter, or anyone who feels the cold. Short sets suit warm sleepers and summer nights. Because many prints come in both lengths, you can find a print you love and pick the length that suits you.
Is Chelsea Peers sustainable?
Yes. Chelsea Peers became a certified B Corp in November 2024, scoring 99.8, almost 20 points above the threshold. Most of its collections use more sustainable materials, including certified organic cotton, TENCEL™ Modal and recycled polyester.
Does Chelsea Peers make a good gift?
Yes, and it’s easy to put a gift together. Choose a pyjama set, then add the matching dressing gown for a coordinated set. Full prices run from around £35 for short pyjamas to £70 for gowns and long sets, so there’s an option for most budgets.
