Shrimp and Grits

With the arrival of summer comes the opportunity to taste other-worldly cuisine and classic dishes we may have never come across before. This week’s delectable recipe from is an all American classic from the deep south featuring  an iconic southern ingredient, grits.

Originally the simple fisherman’s breakfast, shrimp and grits has been adapted and re-mastered all around the southern states and  every one has their own take on the classic. This vibrant, vegetable infused version features summery citrus flavors and a combination of sources to complement the star ingredients, shrimp and grits. Soft, buttery grits topped with a savory source with bacon and shrimp giving it it’s defining flavor.
