Screen Actor Guild Awards

With the Hollywood awards season in full swing, last Sunday night the annual Screen Actors Guild awards took place where the stars were out in force. The influential event pulled in a host of much celebrated fashion icons and award nominees from the likes of Keira Knightley, Emma Stone, Jennifer Aniston, Eddie Redmayne, and Matthew McConaughey amongst many, many more!

Among the night’s big winners were for the film ‘Birdman’ which won the ensemble cast award for outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture, Eddie Redmayne who won best actor for ‘The Theory of Everything’ and Julianne Moore took the prize for best actress in the film ‘Still Alice.’ Despite these big winners there were also several other well-earned awards such as the award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series and Outstanding Performance by a Male or Female Actor in a Supporting Role amongst a lot more. Obviously the SAG awards is about the incredible and well-deserved awards the celebrities win from all their hard work in producing these unbelievable films, but it’s also about the red carpet and what they wore! On the red carpet, the nights big fashion story was a rainbow of colour for SS15. Here are some of the favourite beauties from the night.

Julianne Moore looked stunning in this custom Givenchy Haute Couture piece featuring beautiful intricate embellishment. Moore also won the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a leading role.
