It’s the time of year where the mornings get noticeably darker, the temperature is starting to dip but we still see the summer sun peeping out from behind the clouds. We’re in a transition between summer and autumn and to celebrate this we have a cocktail recipe that combines a classic summer citrus vibe with a warm and inviting herb, sage. We came accross this recipe on Anne Sage’s delectable blog amongst a plethora of recipes we can’t wait to try. This recipe lends the opportunity to combine your favourite citrus flavours and explore your local market for the ultimate summer fruit combination and then enjoy with your friends for a Friday night drink!
