Sales Advisor – Kendal Menswear
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and hardworking sales advisor. The individual will join the dedicated team at our menswear store in Kendal, Cumbria and work to exceed the high level of customer service and attention to detail demanded from all the Jules B stores. As an award winning, leading independent fashion retailer and etailer we look for members of staff with a passion for product and a love for retail. Working on the shop floor you will be communicating with customers on a daily basis and act as a representative for the Jules B brand thus making you an essential part of the company.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide a superior customer service.
- Deliver a first-class shopping experience at all times.
- Assisting with both in store and window visual merchandising displays.
- Monitor & report competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate staff.
- Developing a sound knowledge of designer brands and commercial practices.
- Assist with the picking of web stock.
- Work to proactively build on the favorable reputation of the Jules B brand.
