We recently featured a few recipes from the popular blog spot – whatkatieate, and have decided to revisit the culinary blogger to gain a bit more inspiration for some tasty treats to rustle up.
During Katie’s recent trip to ‘The Grounds’ (a small coffee shop in the suburbs of Alexandria in Sydney, Australia) she came across a mouthwatering dish of parmesan & lemon chicken goujons with a salsa verde dip. With the recipe in tow, she has now produced her own take on the dish, albeit a slightly healthier version!
The breaded goujons are normally deep or shallow fried, but Katie has chosen to bake hers, which makes them the perfect option for those of you watching your figure.
