This is the first in a series of recipes showcasing dishes by culinary entrepreneur, author and TV judge Stacie Stewart. Since making it to the final four on Masterchef, North-East born Stacie’s career has went from strength to strength. From founding her own business, (aptly named after her incredible trademark hair do) The Beehive Bakery to stealing the show as the baking expert on Simon Cowell’s new prime time ITV show Food Glorious Food, Stacie is quickly proving that the world is her Oyster (food pun not intended).
As well as a champion of home cooking Stacie’s other passion lies in her unique sense of style and love of music. Her statement style is heavily influenced by 60’s and northern soul mod culture which coupled with her quick witted, straight-talking personality, it is easy to see why she is such a hit with viewers. Like Jules B, Stacie hails from the North East of England, has a love for fashion and puts an emphasis on quality with everything she does.
