With London Fashion Week coming to a close on Tuesday, our attention was drawn away from the catwalk to the glamour of pop culture’s musical elite. Taking place at the O2 Arena, the Brit’s red carpet rolled out for ‘British Male Solo Artist’, James Bay, ‘International Group’ winner, Tame Impala ‘Best British Breakthrough Act’, Catfish and the Bottlemen and many more. Cementing her return to pop, Adele took home no less that four awards including ‘British Single’ and ‘British Female Solo Artist’ declaring her support for fellow singer Kesha in her first acceptance speach. As usual the night’s performers left us all talking with unexpected collaborators Justin Bieber and James Bay sharing the stage to sing hit singles ‘Love Yourself’ and ‘Sorry’, a scantily clad Little Mix followed as well as a tribute to David Bowie from New Zealand born singer songwriter, Lorde.
As per usual the stars donned their finest looks, from demure interpretations of the season’s top trends to bold style statements from the likes of Jess Glynne. Understated seemed to be the theme of the evening however, with slender cuts, simple suiting and cleverly tailored trousers suits. Here’s some of our favourite looks.
