Established in Sweden, Klarna takes responsibility to securely handle your payments. Am I eligible for Klarna?
Klarna is subject to your financial circumstances and you must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Your credit rating will not be affected during an initial assessment.
How does Klarna work?
Once you have ordered your items using Klarna Pay Later, you will receive a payment instruction email within two days. You then have 30 days to complete your payment if you're happy with your goods. You can complete the payment with no extra cost via credit or debit card at www.klarna.com/uk.
Slice it in 3
Just like the above, but when choosing to Slice it in 3 you can spread the cost over three equal payments over 60 days, with no interest or additional fees. A minimum spend of £100 is required when using this payment option.
What do I need to provide?
You will need to provide your full name, billing address and email address when making a purchase using Klarna, whilst a mobile phone number and date of birth may also be required with certain orders. Providing these personal details correctly is imperative otherwise you will not receive your payment information. All payment information, reminders and statements will be sent to your email address.
