The Geox brand was established by Moretti Polegato. Polegato literally stumbled upon his own creation whilst at a wine trade fair. His over-heated feet led him to puncture holes in his rubber soled shoes. This original story was the start of a revolutionary advancement for footwear. The revolution began and ‘the world’s first ‘breathable shoe’ was created.
