Delivery within the UK is a fixed cost of £7.95 per
order and we will ship the item next day if ordered before 3pm. If you are out Fed Ex offer a free re delivery service.
We ship with Fed Ex UK and Fed Ex International offering a service which ensures your goods arrive promptly. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email enabling you to track the status of your consignment online.

Please note that in Canada you will always be liable to pay import duties and taxes over a value of 60 Canadian Dollars.
What if I want to cancel my order
before I have received it?
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give
you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For orders
that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it
is dispatched. Please contact us at shop@julesb.co.ukas soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been
shipped please follow the instructions for What if I want a refund?
Please be aware
that you cannot cancel orders for earrings, underwear and swimwear.

What if I want a refund?
You are entitled
to a refund or an exchange if you return your item in perfect condition within7 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason (even
if you simply change your mind) we will offer you a refund or an exchange.
Firstly - You must give our customer services team a call and request a returns authorisation code.
Secondly - Fill in your
pre-printed Returns form indicating which items you are returning and wish to
be refunded for. Place this form in the parcel you are returning to us along
with the items. If the items are returned to us within 7 days in perfect
condition with all labels and tags attached we will refund you via the original
method of payment within 10 days of us receiving the goods.

send via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
Please be aware
that earrings, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable for an exchange or
refund unless faulty.
What if I want to exchange an item?
Fill
in your pre-printed Returns form indicating which items you are returning and
wish to exchange, including the details of the item you wish to receive in
exchange. Place this form in the parcel you are returning to us along with the
items. If it is not a straight forward exchange for a different size or colour
of the same item, please also email or call us and we can advise you
accordingly.

What if my item is faulty and I don’t
want to pay the postage to return it?
You are entitled
to a refund or an exchange if you return faulty items within 30 days.
Fill
in your pre-printed Returns form indicating which faulty items you are
returning and if you want a refund or the item replacing. Place this form in
the parcel you are returning to us along with the items. Also include a copy of
your postage receipt so we are able to refund your postage costs. Once we have
established that it is a manufacturing fault we will refund you via the
original method of payment (plus postage costs) as soon as possible after we
have received the goods. In some cases this may take longer than our usual
refund time of within 10 days depending on the brand and the fault.

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason (other
than if it is faulty) the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to
return the item back to us. Once we have received your returned item UK
customers WILL NOT be charged the postage costs to then have the exchanged item
delivered to them. International customers WILL be charged standard shipping
costs to have the exchanged items delivered to them.
This returns policy does not affect
your statutory rights.
