We have a love/hate relationship with celebrity reality shows
at Jules B. There’s no denying everyone has an opinion
however and I’m A Celebrity is up there with X Factor
for most lively Monday morning topic of debate. I
think we hate the actual shows but love talking about
them. Another (semi-)reality programme that get’s
regular in-depth analysis in the Jules B Creative office
is The Hills. However, the official favourite TV show is
Gossip Girl. The younger (and cooler) members of team
are obsessed with a person called Chuck Bass.? I
believe this is him on the left him with some
equally good-looking cast members.
I can’t comment on the show as I’ve never actually watched
it. (But the above photo has definitely tempted me.)
I think I need a month off work to catch up on all
this must-see TV I’ve clearly been missing out on.
Anyway, back to I’m A Celebrity and why I’m
blogging about such a low-brow TV phenomenon…
It’s official. Toy Watch is taking over the world.
Even deep in the jungle, this year the famous (and not ao
famous) contestants can’t be without their beloved
Toy Watches. As news of Jordan’s departure hit the news this
morning, so also did a spotting of a Toy Watch on one of
the celebrities… But which one? And is it an official Toy
Watch or just another very smart plasteramic time-piece?
That is our thought of the day. Through exhaustive research
we know two things so far: it definitley isn’t Jordan and
it’s bright yellow (the watch, not the celebrity wearer).
In the spirit of A to Z-list celebrity musings, take our
Toy Watch quiz (coming soon on the blog) and be
in with a chance to win one for yourself. Match the
‘celebrities’ with their Toy Watches and email your answers
to fashion@julesb.co.uk.
